The brief for this project was to design a park bench with focus on meetings and conversation. In the current pandemic the public space has gone through big changes with restrictions on how we socialize, with demands on social distancing. That distance is a corner stone of the design for this park bench. This bench uses whisper dishes, or accoustic mirrors, to allow users to talk to each other while keeping a distance.
